Accessibility

This site should be usable by everyone who wants to read it. It is built with that goal, measured against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What that means here

• Text and background colors are chosen to meet contrast requirements.
• The site can be operated with a keyboard, and focus is visible throughout.
• Headings, landmarks and form labels are marked up for screen readers.
• Layouts reflow to narrow screens and to enlarged text without loss of content.
• Motion is reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
